The shuttle service was really helpful to access the

Main road from the hotel, especially given the steep incline. The front desk staff were always approachable and accommodating. Rooms are small but clean, and I appreciated the extra mattress without an extra charge. the bathroom layout was a bit cramped.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with the buggy service that made uphill travel easier. Our room, though compact, was clean and comfortable. A short 6-minute walk to the Masjidil Haram made it convenient for our group. We appreciated the complimentary extra mattress and how they allowed us to check out late without any additional charges.

The furniture, like the wardrobe and small table, feels quite old!!! Climbing to the hotel can be exhausting after a long day!!! Wi-Fi might not be accessible everywhere in the room.

The climb to the hotel from the nearest metro can be a real workout, especially since it's on Ajyad Hill. Rooms are on the small side. a triple room barely accommodated three with much space left to spare. Bathrooms fall on the tiny side too, making it a bit cramped for longer stays.

the best part of this stay was being just a 5-minute walk from masjid al haram. There's a fantastic selection of dining options and shops right nearby that made my evenings delightful.
